Sharing links of the videos onto my own website

Sharing links of the videos onto my own website

I have videos stored on Dropbox, and when I use my website to share and display these videos by copying the links from Dropbox, the links change continuously, causing the videos to stop being displayed. What is the solution to the problem of the links for videos stored on Dropbox changing continuously?

For your information, i used to change the postfix of the link from `dl=0` to `raw=1

For your information, I used another way by changing `dropbox.com` to `dl.dropboxusercontent.com`

This way let the videos work and being viewed on my website correctly for a long time, then suddenly, the videos stopped being viewed on my website

Hey @Fahd Abrah - sorry to hear about this.

Could you clarify if the same links are working normally when copying and pasting them manually onto a web browser?

Any additional information or screenshots are more than welcome!

Dropbox often actively blocks things which are being used to display on websites - simply put, Dropbox is not a content delivery tool or a webhost. They have also changed and updated the URL structure multiple times.

My personal recommendation is to use a proper webhost for storing your videos. Especially one that doesn't do things like this, or, have such strict bandwidth limits you cannot cancel etc.

That's not something we can answer here, especially as we don't know what your requirements are. Do some research at your favorite search engine and you'll likely find several sites specific for hosting videos.
