Paid my subsciption but my files are not accessible and it says they 'do not exist'.
How do I retrive access to my files?

Hi there OLD and frustrated - sorry to hear about this.
I'm not quite sure about the issue at hand. Could you let us know some additional information such as your device's OS, how you're accessing your files etc.?
If you could also send us a screenshot of the error you get, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks!

- So good to hear from you Walter
- I operate windows/crome on both my laptop and tablet
- I had many folders in my dropbox which I have been using for years
- I paid subcsciption late last year - transaction ID [removed per Community Guidelines]
- Now I only have access to two folders that I have been shared to by others
- When I press an old link to connect to one of the missing folders - i see an outline of them but a pink symbol comes up saying the folder does not exist - see screenshot below

Hi from me too, old and frustrated ! Out of curiosity, if you open those two shared folders that show on your screenshot, are you seeing any of your missing content inside them?
What if you select “Recents”?
Do you remember any names of files/folders that you’re missing? If yes, I’d like you to type them in the search bar, instead of using the link you mentioned in your post. Are you seeing something more now?
