My audio has gone completely on Dropbox Replay. It was working a second ago...

Restarted the Mac and checked all audio settings, everything as normal but the audio has gone completely when replaying videos for work. Any ideas why this may have happened?

I had the same issue - Mac only, and audio worked fine in other browser tabs. Tried restarting and the problem persisted.

 

Then I tried viewing the video in an incognito browser and the audio worked. So I logged out of dropbox and logged back in, and the audio is working again.
