I am out of the office and using my laptop. The dropbox files on my laptop are not up to date. What do I need to do to sync my dropbox files between my separate computers? Most are word and or excel files and the online version is not compatible with these type of docs.
Is Dropbox running on your laptop? If not start it and it should update them all.
If it is what does it say if you mouse over its icon on the status bar?

I just downloaded the app to the laptop. That seems to have fixed the problem.
