It's just incredibly hard for common folks to download their files. You confuse things by making them accept all..... offering them app or web browser download...... Then you ask are they sure they want to leave page. I give out 30-40 links a month and have to explain how to download to almost every single client. I have several photographer friends and they all say same thing."""""""""

Hi @Tkerestesh , I'm a product manager here at Dropbox focused on sharing.  Can you share a bit more on the challenges you're facing?  Our goal is to make sharing as streamlined as possible for our users so I'd love to understand your experience better.  It sounds like you're not running into issues with creating, sharing, and managing links to your content.  And it sounds like you're recipients are able to access the content without issue.  But it is specifically the process of downloading the content that is a challenge.  Is that right?
