Just to make sure we're on the same page here: it sounds like you can't access your Dropbox account, since you no longer sync your Dropbox account with 1Password, is that correct?
If not, feel free to clarify and let me know more.
Do you remember the email address you used with your Dropbox account? If so, then you can request for a new password reset, in order to access the account.
