Getting a "too much for zip file" error, when moving my folders out of Dropbox

Hello,

I need to close my business account and move all the content to one drive. There are over 300 folders and I get messages like "too much for zip file".

Can anyone help me out?

Thank you.

Thanks for posting on the forum, @spotjockey!

Can you clarify the total size of the folders you’re trying to download from Dropbox?

Do you have the desktop app installed by any chance? If yes, and the folders are synced locally, you can move them directly to the location of your choice from your local Dropbox folder.

Keep me posted for any updates.

Hello Nancy,

The size I have downloaded to my computer is 300GB. I can't seem to find the size on the website. I have the desktop app downloaded but it won't open. I need to know if Ihave everything on the computer and not leaving anything on the website.

thank you,

Mike

Hi @spotjockey, you can calculate the size of the folders on your account online by following these steps. You can then check to see if they match what you have on your computer.
