Anyone else running into an issue with Dropbox Paper files? Right now I can't open/view any of my files and the sharing links I previously created are all 404-ing.

Hi @herald square, let's jump right into this!

Do you notice this behavior with all of your Paper files, and if so, when did this start happening?

Based on the error you received, it sounds like your sharing ability might have been temporarily suspended. You can find out more info at this Help Center article.

Can you check your emails, to see if you received any communications from us about this?

This will help me to assist further!

Also, from the screenshots it see

Hi Megan, thanks for your reply. I haven't gotten any error messages about my ability to share being restricted and I do not appear to be over my storage limit. I also am not able to access any of the .paper documents I created myself to view or edit, I'm getting a 404 whenever I try to access those myself, see below.

Sorry to jump in, @herald square. If you try to create a shared link as a test now, are you getting any errors or are you able to do so with no issue?

Hey Nancy,

Interesting, I got the error below. Any idea how to address or identify the specific file(s) that is causing the issue?

Thanks for giving that a go! We can log a ticket for you and check this further, since we don’t have account visibility on the forum.

Let me know if that’s alright, and we’ll get things started.
