Exported files not accessible as I get an error that I don't have an app to view the files

A couple years ago I got a notification that I needed to export my uploaded photos and videos. So I exported them to my Google account but I haven't been able to use the links provided to view them since and they are no longer in dropbox. When I try to open the files I get a message that says I don't have an app that can be used to view the files.

Hi there @Raeplus2 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you please clarify the size and type/extension of the files that are giving you this error?

A screenshot of the error would also help!

This is one of the links that won't work, I'm not sure how to attach a photo in this message

Hey @Raeplus2, thanks for the link, however due to security and privacy reasons we can't access it on our end.

If you see a camera-like icon when replying back to me, that should allow you to attach your screenshots here.

Also, would you mind clarifying if you're trying to open your files using Dropbox or doing it a different way?

You mentioned initially that they are no longer in Dropbox. Can you tell me more about that and walk me through the process you followed?
