Error message when accessing photos folder

I am having a video made for a memorial service and I'm using dropbox to send the editor the photos. I've set up folders and sub-folders with photos, but whenever I try to access the photos in the folder containing the photos from childhood, I get an error message. They briefly appear in list view and then disappear. They do not appear in any other view. Just the error message that says not to worry and my files are safe and that the dropbox team has been notified, but it's been going on for days and no one has fixed it or contacted me. Anyone else having this issue and know how to resolve it?

Have you tried to clear your cache/cookies and see if that works?

Yes! I have had this issue with a specific folder in my company's Dropbox for a couple weeks. I've cleared my cache and it still won't load. I've had to view the folder on my iPhone to see the images. When I go to the Dropbox status page it says everything is working fine.

Hi there, ChloeMP25, let's jump right into this!

It sounds like this is happening on a specific browser, whenever you try to view the folder there, am I right?

If you try accessing the folder using an entirely different browser, do you notice the same behavior?

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
