Error 429 link is temporarily disabled

Hello, 

I have been trying to download a Dropbox link that I have received from someone else. I haven't downloaded the link myself more than a few times. Can I get some guidance on how I can resolve this issue?

    The other person has sent the link to too many people (this plus possibly others) and is banned for using too much. You cant resolve it you just need to wait it out until the ban is removed, or, they upgrade their account.
