You can't. The folder name is set by Dropbox and cannot be changed.

No idea how that happened 😱If you ever joined a team (free when they existed, or Business, your Dropbox folder would have been renamed to Dropbox ([team name]). If you also had a separate personal account linked as well, that would have been renamed to Dropbox (Personal).
If you're no longer part of a team and you want to go back to the original Dropbox name, you can uninstall the application, rename your existing folder to Dropbox, and then reinstall, being sure to select Advanced Options during the installation and telling the location of your current Dropbox folder.
Beyond that, there's no way to rename the Dropbox folder.
