Hello I am having an issue suddenly I can't send my files to get eSig, I got stock after I select the area where they need to sing , the next button its not showing, if someone can help i will greatly appreciate

Which platform do you use, when you try to sign the content? Have you tried a different browser, or platform, just to check if the results will be the same?
