storage information

Hello, the space in my business account is full and in the chat they tell me that they cannot put more space that there is an error in the system. I have been using the service for 11 days and 5 days that they do not add space. Is this normal? Or is it that they limit me because I am uploading a lot of information in these 11 days I have uploaded 40TB, thank you

I have the same problem. On support they tell me that they cannot put more space that there is an error in the system, I have been using the service for 10 days and 2 days that they do not add space. Can you help us?

I'm in the exact same position. 38TB of my 175TB migration and I'm stuck. Unfortunately I committed to a years subscription without reading the forum first.
