Re: My client/customer's dropbox says full, synch shut off. BUT, it only has almost nothing in it.

possible duplicate or dual accounts by my customer/client, >one pwd

1. How can I find out if he has more than one account? Can two personals be merged?

 

2. Also says he is out of space at 2 Gb, --but there are only two Libre Office docs, one .jpg image and an empty folder that was named camera uploads.

 

I can log into his account from my computer, if I can fix this tonight.
