Referral Bonus Disappeared

  I had various Bonuses from referrals since 2011 or so. I've earned around 14Gb just in referrals + my Basic 2Gb, and I recently subscribed to a short Trial but after it ended, it all disappeared...

I have 8 completed referrals + bonuses (other ways I've earned) see screenshot.
I always was on the free plan and never had this problem.

From the screenshot you showed earlier, you would have 14 referrals, and the extra bonuses in this screenshot would be separate to that.

 

This still wouldn't make it 14 GB, unless there are more bonuses when you scroll down.

    I counted 8 + the extra bonuses (cannot scroll down more)
    In one way or another, I don't see that extra storage space in my account or something is missing.

    Most likely the other referrals are missing, if you referred a lot of users, since there should be 14 referrals according to your earned quota.

    Ok there is something wrong then.
