Why didn't I receive my referral bonus?
Hello, I referred a friend a few days ago via mobile app, just as it is explained and following the process correctly, but didn't get the bonus yet. Why is that? Anyone with the same problem...?

Actually it was that. I didn't realise it had to be the desktop version, plus it hadn't been installed from the link sent via email

Hello Dropbox support, I just downloaded the dropbox on my computer as a new user via a referral email from a friend but its showing ineligible.
