My mobile app shows content that I can't see on the website on my laptop.
Hello,
Apologies in advance for asking a basic question but why can I see folders on my mobile app (as well as it showing I have used 800GB of storage), but when I log into the website on my laptop it says I can't see any folders and it says I have used 0GB of storage?

Have you made sure you're checking the same Dropbox account both on the website and on the mobile app?
If you have any screenshots, feel free to send them over, in order for me to have a visual too.
