Make folder available offline on iOS
I have been waiting very patiently for the ability to make folders available offline in the iOS app. It seems Android users have this function already. It has been asked for so many times going back ...
- 8 years agoHi there
I bring good news. Making folders available offline is now possible on iOS :) - 8 years agoOK solved. IPAD needed a restart to make this function visible.

Hey AEB,
Thanks for getting in touch on the Dropbox Community!
Please keep in mind that, because of the offline folder limitations listed here, a folder can't be saved for offline use it contains more than 10,000 files.
The best way to keep your folders available offline would be to break them into smaller chunks and have each individual folder available.
Hope this is helps you resolve this issue!
Warm regards,
JaneA

Hello JaneA
Thanks for your answer.
Because this is just one HTML-Handbook i cannot break it into subfolders
without to make it unreadable, so i decided to not make it available offline.
But can you explain the limit of 10'000 more exactly.
Does this belong to the whole structure (including the content of subfolders)
or is it the limit of one layer (means it is the limit of entries in one folder, so i can
make a mainfolder containing 5 subfolders with each containing 10'000 files).
Warm regards
Albert
