Dropbox says that it is full. I have delete all files I donot need and a have some 500 Mb retained in an account of 5.25 G. Where are the other files?

I maybe missed the automatic upload of an windows boot stick, but i can not find any files of that stick in my dropbox account. What to do?

Hey @b. k., did you get a chance to check the backups page to see if there are backed up files taking up your space?

Keep in mind that shared folders also take up space in each member's account, so make sure to check if you have any shared folders as well.

Hi @b. k., I hope you're doing well!

Have you checked your account's plan page here? Let me know what it reports there.

Also, do you have any Backups enabled?

Let me know more!

As far as I know I have not enabled any backup in Dropbox. Single folders have served as backup folders.  Furthermore I have any account's plan as far as I know.

Finally I saw on the backup page the 5.6 Gb of the automatic backup which I never authorized. I removed it and the accound is working again, Thank you very much.
