If I store entiore 22 GB data out of given 22 GB (20 given under promotion by Dell) within the next 12 months and after that if I didn't opted for subscription to increase my free limit of 2 GB storage per account then will Dropbox remove data of 20 GB or will I have continued access to my data even after promotional period of 12 months.

Thanks for posting on our forum, @nitishshah!

Even if the additional quota is removed later on, you should still be able to access the files you had previously saved on your Dropbox account.

What will happen, if you go over-quota, is that you won't be able to add more files to your account and syncing will pause on your linked devices, until you go under-quota once again.

Feel free to ping me for anything else.

Okay.
So basically I have (20 GB storage under offer for 12 months + 2 GB free storage forever)
Consider a situation:

I have used 16 GB out of 22 GB  (20 GB + 2 GB):

Then post 12 months, 4 GB unused storage space out of 20 GB will be lapsed and I can anytime access the data stored in the storage provided under the offer but can't add any further data, though can modify data in the free 2 GB storage which has been provided.

Is this correct understanding of mine related to this offer.

If you're over your account's quota at that point, you won't be able to modify or upload any files @nitishshah

Also, note that if you've used 16 GB of your quota now, when the promotional space expires, you'll be 14 GB over quota.

To resume syncing from that point, you'd be able to delete files to make up space, or remove your access from any shared folders etc.

No. Dropbox updated their policy to state that if you remain over quota for an extended time, they have the right to delete enough of your data, starting with the most recent, to bring your account back below your quota.

If you have 16GB is an account that only has 2GB of space, you risk losing 14GB of that data if you don't upgrade your account or remove the data yourself.
