My dropbox folder on my computer says it contains 43,922 files and 4514 folders. When I log into dropbox on line as well as install the app on my new computer it says I have 237 files. Where are all my files? how do I fix this?
On your computer if you mouse over the Dropbox icon what does it say?
How about www.dropbox.com/account/plan - note if you are over quota syncing will have stopped.

thank you for the response. Nothing happens when I mouse over the dropbox icon. Also, not able to find the syncing reference you suggested. This is a windows 11 computer, for what that is worth.
Hey @kmt2566, if you can access your files on one computer, but when logging in to both the app on another computer and online, the files are missing, perhaps you are logging in to a different account.
Can you check the Dropbox application preferences on your old computer, to make sure you're logging in with the correct email address?
