Notifications are all off and yet one category hounds me.
A while back I have automated a folder like the Camera folder where files get renamed (screenshot folder) and, as a result, I have a tidy screenshot folder. 10/10. But ever since, a wild notification hounds me, and it annoys me enough that I have to dismiss it. On my phones, server, home PC, everywhere, cause it's important:
"Files added to Screenshot folder were automatically renamed"
a) I am aware. I understand how automation works.
b) What channel is this on I can't turn them off anywhere
I hate notifications as a rule, I work in IT and have about 300 apps. Every notification that escapes per year means one more per day for me. I can kill notifications on my phone (and did), but it still haunts my desktop and server. I keep Dropbox icon always visible, cause it's important, and the red patch on my sync engine always gives me a double heartbeat.
Please, put it in somewhere where it's killable.
Thanks for the additional screenshot! I double checked this with our team in the meantime and, indeed, there’s no other setting to be turned off in this case.
However, I’ve forwarded all of your feedback and comments to our team, as I understand this may not be ideal.

Hey @simpson b., let's jump right into this!
Would you mind sending over a screenshot of the notification you're referring to?
In the meanwhile, I'll do some research to see if you can disable that type of notification, and see what I can find.
Thanks!

Hope it’s OK to jump in, @simpson b.. I’m afraid that, for the time being at least, there’s no specific setting you can toggle off for these notifications to stop.
However, can you clarify if the screenshot you sent is from the Dropbox website or the desktop app?

That was from the desktop app. But it appears on web
and on phone (I killed notifications in Android)
