I started this in college like 10 years ago & it used my old email address the college gave me because one of my college professors had the whole start it. I can’t remember the sign in & it’s been long enough that I do t have access to the old college email. I started another dropbox account but how to I merge the 2 so when I update a document it updates across all my devices & so I am back to 1 dropbox

There really isn’t a way once you graduate the college shuts down your old free college email account.

If you don't have access to the email address or you don't already have an active device signed in to the Dropbox account, there really isn't a way to access the account. You would need access to the email address. Also, if it wasn't a paid account and you haven't accessed it in more than a year, the account would have been deleted due to inactivity.

Hey there @afhergenro   - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community.

Can you please clarify if you have access to the mentioned account on any of your devices or web browsers?

Is there really no way to regain access to the email address that was associated with the account in question?

As for merging two individual accounts, you can take a look here.

In any case, please keep me posted on your findings and we'll take it from there.
