Changed email address in settings - lost everything

Changed email address - I lost everything when I changed my email address in settings. Using my old email address to log in doesn't work anymore and shows empty, but the new email address used to log in also shows empty. I know for sure everything has been spelled correctly - HELP

Hey @Tanya M, thanks for reaching out to us.

 

Changing your email address would definitely not cause you to lose your files, but let's see what we can find out about this.

 

Were you actually able to sign in with the old address?

 

Or did it prompt you to create a new account, when you tried to sign in (with the old address)?

 

If you sign in to the account and go to your events page, what do you see?

 

Let me know and we'll go from there.
