Not receiving verification emails.

I'm requesting a verification email be sent to validate my email account, but nothing arrives.

I've added no-reply@dropbox.com to my safe senders list. Nothing is arriving in my junk folder.

I'm not sure where to go to get this simple issue fixed - help please!

    Have you also tried requesting for the verification email from a different browser, or incognito mode, by any chance?

      Many thanks for your assistance.

      I had tried and failed multiple times from Google Chrome browser ... when I tried from Microsoft Edge on your suggestion I received verification email immediately and now into DropBox.

      Really appreciate your help - its been a frustrating few days!
