Not receiving 6 digit verification code

I have been trying to access my dropbox account for the past month and have not received any 6 digit access code emails or any password reset emails, or for that matter any emails from Dropbox. I pay a monthly subscription fee so I don't think my account has been shut down as I have seen in other threads. I NEED these files!

Hi @Apy Yap, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.

From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.

Hi,

 

I am having this issue too and now i am using another email to post as i totally cant login my dropbox account due to the 6 code. I have added the dropbox email address in contact and tried but it failed to receive.

From my google password management that is the another email address i used to store my work stuff. But not i not able to access. Please help.

Since it's not quite clear to me, could you clarify if you have access to the email address that's associated with the Dropbox account you're trying to access or not?

Well I have new device and now when I try to login into my Dropbox account it sends me a 6 digit code to my email for verification so I can access it but the problem is in my email there is no 6 digit code I don’t receive anything not even in spam folder

Have you tried adding the no-reply@dropbox.com address into your contacts list, in order to ensure that email goes through?

Hope you doing fine there. 
By the way, I can’t access my Dropbox account which is email ID is 
[email removed as per Community Guidelines]
After key in my password, security code will be sent to my email but then I didn’t get it 

Can you please help me?
