Need to change registered email with Dropbox Sign

Need to change registered email with Dropbox Sign

We have a company account but the email alias that is registered is inactive and nobody has access to it.  Drop Box is trying to send a new password to the inactive email address which prevents us from logging into our account.

 

Any ideas as to how we can change the registered email address?

In this case, I'd suggest reaching out to our support team for further assistance directly through this form.

 

Just make sure to use an email address we can reach you at and fill in all the relevant information.
