Hi,
notifications are enabled in the Dropbox settings (persnnal account Dropbox Plus)
but I don't receive any email from Dropbox on the email account.
Any idea ?

Are you using a personal email address, or a work/business domain?
Have you also checked your spam folder for any Dropbox emails, and added no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts?

This is a business domain
Spam folder stays empty.
The account is Dropbox Plus.

Hi @Visualis, could you clarify what notifications via email you're expecting to receive?
Are you getting password reset emails, or emails regarding invitations to shared folders?

emails regarding invitations to shared folders.
As shown on the attached. No one receive an email when something is shared or modified.
All users have rights to receive notifications in the settings.
Thanks for the info, invitations to shared folders should be received by the users. The notifications that you've shown are for the weekly shared folder reports, which arrive once a week.
As you mentioned that you have a business email domain, could you check with the IT team to see if it's possible that emails from Dropbox are being filtered out, before they reach your inbox?

Notifications are not in junk box and the server doesn't show any filter.
No email at all (weekly or other). I continue looking for an explanation.

Are all the users in the shared folder under the business domain?

Not all of them. Most of them yes.
none receive the emails
