Attempting to move DropBox to a different internal drive on my PC

Attempting to move DropBox to a different internal drive on my PC

I am struggling with this message...

S3Amy_0-1690048135528.png

I unchecked all the boxes under "selective sync" under the Sync tab. I have also paused syncing indefinitely on the DropBox dialogue box that pops up when you click on the DropBox icon.

I have referenced the article that I get when I click "disable your computer backup" under the "How to move your Dropbox folder. The article it takes me to is, "How to set up Dropbox Backup."

I don't have a "Set Up" under the Backups tab.

Under the Sync tab, I can go to "Selective Sync" and uncheck everything, but I still keep getting the "Error moving dropbox" dialogue box.

I don't know what to do from here. Please help.

In that article, it says to click on "Sync and Backups." I have a separate Sync tab and a separate Backups tab. If I go under the Backups tap and go to Manage Backups, I see an option to delete your PC backup. Is this where I need to go?

They keep messing with the help articles, removing information.

That's the option you need, @S3Amy, that's correct! It will allow you to disable the backup feature.
