Hello, i try to sign in on new device and there is writen that code will be send to my email but nothing happend. Email from you isnt on spam or something like that..

Are you getting this prompt when trying to log into the desktop app or via the web?
If it's the latter, could you try another browser and let us know how it goes?

Still doesnt work..
I cant sign in a new device (notebook) in an app or through the browser..
If you're still getting the same error, have you ensured that you're looking at the correct inbox @tibcrois?
Also, have you tried adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your address book and then trying again?

Ye, i used the same email like always and the same password.. And there is written we send u code and nothing happned, again and again.. Cant sign on mobile or new notebook.. Is there anyone who can help me?

got the same problem as described in the thread.
trying to sign-in on a resetted laptop - there's a message saying that a code will be sent to the email, but no mail arrives.
already looked in spam and so on-- also tried the tipp mentioned above to add the "no-reply" adress to my adressbook but nothing happened...
can you help me?

Just found a way -- have you an other devices already logged in to your dropbox? like a mobile phone or something?
Because it is possible to connect a device from your smartphones dropbox, open the program and go to "my profil" and the last position is "link computer" ... if you follow the steps, you can download and sign in ... well it worked for me 🙂
