When I follow a link to my account it says that an old cancelled paid plan has access control

when I follow an email link to my account it says an old cancelled paid plan has access control of account, says to submit a request to the old account, which does not exist anymore. How do I switch access to the new account?

Can you please clarify what you're trying to do? 

Are you trying to access your new account from the Dropbox desktop app, the mobile app or the website?

Also, would you mind sending us a screenshot of what you see, when you follow that link?
