Unknown Person viewing my clients Files

Unknown Person viewing my clients Files

My client states that an unknown person is viewing his files in drop box.  I have his name and his file was NEVER shared by me to this individual.  This is serious.   Thank You.

Could you clarify exactly what they're seeing on their Dropbox account, and how they're getting this message? 

 

Are any files shared with a link, or anything else?
