I'm having trouble re-accessing my account. I sent a link to my husband so he could view some photos I'd uploaded. To do so he had to sign up to a new account on our shared computer, but it didn't give him access and now I can't open my own account on the same computer.

Please help!

Dear Megan

Thank you for your reply.

Well funnily enough, I've managed to get in now! I was using a link in my internet history, which was giving me the trouble, and also trying links from searches of 'Dropbox log in' on Edge, but then I tried simply putting www.dropbox.com into a new tab, and hey presto! it opened onto my account! and now even the link that I sent to my husband works too. It's very strange, and I still can't work out what went wrong.

Anyway, hopefully it won't happen again.

Thank you for your interest.

Hey @Anthea3, thanks for posting here today!

Are we referring to the website, or our desktop app?

Do you recall the account's credentials, in order to access it, and also do you see any errors when trying to do so?

Keep me posted!
