Unable to login due no email access

Dear Dropbox support

 

I know the account password but unfortunately I am now unable to access my account to delete it as the original email [Removed as per Community Guidelines] has been closed so I cannot receive the one time password needed to complete login.  Can you help me to login without the need for the one time password or by sending the one time password to my present email address.

Hi @cjdurbs, thanks for messaging today.

 

I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link

From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
