I lost my device but someone is using my device how can i get backup of that device my gmail account is still in that device.

Dropbox can't do that. If you haven't already uploaded your files from the device to Dropbox, there's no way to do it now without possession of the device.

 

If the device is still linked to your account you should unlink it immediately from your Security page, otherwise anyone with access to the device would have access to your account.

Simply log on at www.dropbox.com/home with the email and password and your account will be there 🙂

 

If they changed the data recover/roll it back via https://help.dropbox.com/delete-restore/recover-deleted-files-folders as long as it was within 30 days for free users. 

 

I'd also suggest changing password, logging them out and adding 2 factor security.
