Hi Team,
We have a bot account created in dropbox and when we are trying to sign in using the bot account, we are not able to login. (Note: The bot account created is a gmail bot account and our organisation has enabled SSO authentication for all the accounts.)
We have disabled the sso login(enabled bypass SSO) for this both account. But still when we try to login in dropbox. it is asking for SSO authentication.
Can somebody help on how to bypass the sso to login into dropbox with this bot account?
Thanks in advance
Hi @MK_7, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
Keep me updated with any progress!
