Not receiving the 6-digit security code

I'm not receiving the 6-digit code to access my Dropbox on an older Dropbox account. As this is very inconvenient, I need access to files for tonight's session. This is very vital, and any support to resolve this matter promptly is greatly appreciated. Is there by chance a way to avoid the the six-digit verification code in the future?

Hey @drluc2004, sorry to hear about this.

 

If you have access to the email, but are not receiving the code, make sure to check your spam folder as well.

 

If it's not there, add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and try again.

 

And if it's still not arriving, try to see if you can bypass the process, by resetting your password.

I've tried to reset the password and I'm not getting the email to do so.

 I've also added no-reply@dropbox.com  to my contacts, and not code received. Do you have any other solutions?

Hi
I have been logged out of my old Dropbox account and cannot log back in. I have accessed the account within the past 12 months, I tried logging in and got a message stating I would need to receive a code by email which I never got. Ive checked my junk, tried resending the code but received nothing. I tried resetting my password and adding the Dropbox email address to my mail list and still no email. Can someone help?

Is the email account active? 

 

If so you need to contact support via www.dropbox.com/support. Do this while logged out - even here (the forums). Consider using an incognito window to do so

I want to login my dropbox account but i cant login it, been request to sent the link to the registered email but never once received it. Please help me

Could you try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your inbox in order to see if you can receive the email when attempting to sign in again?

 

Have you also tried checking the spam/junk folder of the email? 

 

This will help me to assist further!

Hello, previously i did clear my cache on Android phone settings, but after that i cant open the dropbox apps. I already keyin the correct email address and password and their wanna send the direct email sign in link to my email but i never received it. I already check my junk, spam multiple times and even registered the dropbox email to my contact emails but i cant open it and never received the links. Please help me
