My account was just hacked and deleted. I signed back up but all files are gone. And my account is now only 2GB instead of 13.9GB. How can I get this fixed? Can Drop box put the storage size back? Can they recover the files? There is no one to contact. And now my email is unverified and when I try to no email arrives.

Do you have direct access to the email address that was connected to your old Dropbox account?

I do have my email address. But when I try and verify the email is wont come thru.
I cannot see how to log a ticket with support. When I click that link it just takes me to another post with a similar issue.
The post I linked above has the exact steps you need to follow in order to log the ticket with our support team. These steps are the same for all users having issues with accessing their Dropbox account.

I am hoping I can get the account restored and at least the capacity restored.
