My boyfriend isn't receiving the one-time code and he can't log into his Dropbox account.

Hi
My boyfriend is trying to log into his Dropbox account, but he does not recieve Any emails from dropbox and can't get the Verification code, they are sending him. Its a Hotmail account. What can he do? His work computer got hacked this week and he is freaking out and trying to reset all his passwords.

Has he added no-reply@dropbox.com to his safe list? Checked spam and any junk/clutter folders?

 

As a side note make sure he has a download copy of all info for worst case scenarios.

Yes. He did everything, that is suggested and nothing works. And nothing was downloaded, so we are really hoping for a solution.

Best thing to do is get him to log a ticket with support at www.dropbox.com/support and ask for help
