Hi
My boyfriend is trying to log into his Dropbox account, but he does not recieve Any emails from dropbox and can't get the Verification code, they are sending him. Its a Hotmail account. What can he do? His work computer got hacked this week and he is freaking out and trying to reset all his passwords.
Has he added no-reply@dropbox.com to his safe list? Checked spam and any junk/clutter folders?
As a side note make sure he has a download copy of all info for worst case scenarios.

Best thing to do is get him to log a ticket with support at www.dropbox.com/support and ask for help
