If so only a few things can have happened - the account was deleted and this is a new one (or you've accidentally logged in to a new account instead of one you already had), the files have been permanently deleted by something - which would not appear on Events OR they were shared files and you have been removed from said share.

Its seems the account has been deleted because i have a welcome message , but the thing is i´ve never did that! is there any way to recover my old account?

It isnt possible to recover a deleted account, but, my guess is that if you didn actually delete it you have accidentally logged in and set up a second account and your data will be on the 'old' one instead.

But can you have two accounts with the same email address? i just have one adress, so that why i dont understand.

No you cant. But, as Dropbox doesnt do any sort of checks on account set up it doesn't mean you used the right email initially....
Also if you use google, for example, they annoyingly allow any punctuation before the @ sign to be part of the same email, but, here it would be separate accounts. Same using gmail.com and googlemail.com - its all one at Gmail, but, 2 here (and everywhere else)!.
