I'm a sysadmin for a startup business, and I'm trying to unify all of our cloud tools and accounts. I'm trying find out how many of our employees have created "personal" drop box accounts using their business email address. Is it possible to discover and claim accounts using our domain email address if I sign up for a Dropbox "Team" account, or is there another tier that this is possible with?

Hi @bimlloyd, thanks for contacting us.

There are two separate features available, depending on your plan. Domain verification and invite enforcement is available for Dropbox Advanced, Business Plus, and Enterprise plans.

A more powerful version, namely domain insights and account capture, is available for Enterprise plans only. You can see the differences between them by looking at the linked articles.

If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.

It is possible via Dropbox for Business - you will need to check that you get the right account level to do so. You can see how to do it etc. at https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/domain-verification-invite-enforcement
