I try to login in, using correct email and password, but it is not happening. Why?

Which platform do you use when trying to sign into your account? Do you use our desktop app, mobile app or website?
Do you get any errors at all?

Hey @Desp, can you try to reset your Dropbox password from this page, but using a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?
