I can't invite other team members because of a 'failed to load pricing information' error

Dear All

We have just activated a Dropbox Business account with the standard three licenses. I successfully activated the first license (admin), and the Admin Console shows that I’ve used 1 out of 3 licenses.

However, when I attempt to invite another member, the invitation email doesn’t get sent, and I receive the error message “failed to load pricing information.” (see picture)

I'm at a loss for how to resolve this issue and would appreciate any guidance.

Hi @River_Drop, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you confirm if an invite was successfully sent through the admin console itself?

Are you on a trial for a Dropbox team, or a paid plan?

This will help me to assist further!
