I don't receive a verification email when trying to share a Dropbox link.

I'm having trouble getting an email verification when I'm trying to share a link on Dropbox.  I have Protonmail email address.  I've sent for the verification multiple times with no messages in my inbox.

Hey @JAlexander2! Thanks for posting on our forum today. 

 

Can you send me a screenshot of the option you click on every time to send a verification email to your email address? 

 

Is it possible you recently created your Dropbox account and you wish to verify your email this way

 

Other than that, sending a shared link to someone else wouldn’t generate/require separate verification.

 

Keep me posted for any extra details.

This is what I see when I try to share a folder or document.  I see no email in my inbox when I check and there is nothing in spam.

Hey @JAlexander2, let me jump in here! 

 

Have you tried adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and then try to verify your email address again?

 

If this doesn't work, I'll be happy to send you an email in order for us to have a closer look into this.
