I changed to a new phone today and managed to lock myself out of Dropbox on both phones.
I changed to a new phone today and managed to lock myself out of Dropbox on both phones.
I don't have access to the old email address as it was deleted.
I have critical files on Dropbox.

How have you locked the account?
It is very unlikely you will be able to get back in to the account without the email. You need to contact support via https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/lost-email-access
