I can't sign in with my paid account, as I'm not receiving the password reset email

Hi folks--

I can sign in with my Dropbox free account, but I cannot sign in with the account that I pay for.

I use "forgot password" and then ... never receive any email notification despite checking all emails including spam folders.

Are you sure you're using the correct email address for the paid account? Use the credit card charge lookup tool to verify the email address on the account.
