I can't log in to my account, as it appears disabled.

I can't log in to my account, as it appears disabled.

I can't access my paid account I was using it yesterday and it kicked me off when I tried login it won't let me I tired changing the password it just showing me account is disabled I fill out a form and got a message back with a ticket number but it tell me I have to wait 1 -2 days how can I get this fixed now I use it to shore my photos and videos

You need to wait for a response from Support. If you have a ticket number, reply with it here and @ tag one of the Dropboxers, and they may be able to check the status for you.
