I can't access my email address to login to my Dropbox account

Hi all, i have a problem with my other dropbox account. I know the E-Mail adress and the password, but i don't have access to the e-mail programm so i can't enter the code when i want to log in. How is it possible to log in into my dropbox account to change the old e-mail adress to my new one?

Hi @Fremo, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link. 

From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
