Hello, good morning. I have a very old account for personal use, and I went to log in and add it to a new business account, now I don't know what happened but my old access (which contains very old files) no longer allows me, a message appears that this account has been deleted and that I have to contact the administrator, and I have no idea how to recover this account, I even lost access on my computer and the files are inactive, what should I do? I can't find anything on Dropbox support that can help me.

To be clear, you joined a Business team account using your personal account, and after some time you were removed from the team and your personal account was deleted. Is that correct?
If that's what happened, then you need to contact the team admin for the Business account and ask them to restore your account. Act quickly because when your account is removed from a Business team, the admin only has seven days to restore it. Once the admin restores your account they need to convert it back to an individual account.
If that's not what happened, you'll need to provide more details about the issue.
